Lost/Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please track your package once tracking number has been provided and call the carrier directly to have package put on hold if you’re not available. You may also contact the carrier via their websites.

Custom Clothing: Once you have provided measurements on custom orders they cannot be returned. All items are made to order and are final sales.
Discount Codes: All discount codes must be entered at the time of sale, once the transaction has been successfully completed, we cannot reverse the transaction to honor the discount code.
Credit Refunds: In an event you are issued a refund, once the refund has been processed, the merchant bank has up to 30 days to return the credit back to your account from the refund date. We are not responsible for delays with the merchants bank.
During covid-19 we will not be accepting refunds ONLY exchanges. We will only refund your product if theres a fault.

We set up a pre-order for our exclusive releases and launches. The time for pre-order varies depending on the product. You will be updated at the time of purchase on when to expect the product. Normally, things work great but from time to time delays are out of our control. Our pre-order customers receive a discounted price, those items are considered custom and are nonrefundable.
